Swim Your Way Slim

Your Mission
You so want a perfect body shape. Swimming is an activity that is exciting and a lot of benefits. But that is sometimes annoying, you are so lazy to calculate how many laps you’ve done. Well, now trying to do this exercise. This program is a combination of short laps you’ve done with running water and kicking movements. To be sure you become bored, but you’ll still get a slim body. Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do and can burn up to 700 calories per hour, depending on your movements. How it works
